Meet Dr. Stacey
Dr. Heath Stacey, MD
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Stacey, a board certified plastic surgeon, completed his medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000, and went on to complete one of the premier Plastic Surgery training programs in the country at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he served as chief resident. A native of the region, Dr. Stacey then decided to return home to Northwest Arkansas, where he founded Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery, a full-service plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic.
Dr. Stacey approaches each patient with individualized care and customizes each surgery according to the patient's surgical goals.
Dr. Stacey lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Adriana, and their four children, Annalise, Whitman, Mary Virginia and Jack.

Annie Worley, RN, CANS, CPSN
Clinic Nurse, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Annie brings a wealth of experience to her role as a dual certified nurse injector, holding certifications as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) and Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse (CPSN).
With 27 years of nursing experience, including 11 years with NWACPS and Dr. Heath Stacey, Annie has been specializing in aesthetic injections for 19 years. Her patient-centered approach prioritizes natural-looking results, aiming to enhance each individual's features to reflect their best, refreshed self.
Annie's extensive experience with facial fillers and neurotoxins, spanning various brands in the marketplace, combined with her commitment to ongoing education, ensures she stays at the forefront of new trends and techniques. With her expertise, Annie can guide you in selecting the most suitable products and procedures to achieve your desired results while maintaining your unique appearance.
Kinsey Bates, RN
Clinic Nurse, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Meet Kinsey, our newest injector, poised to elevate your aesthetic journey with her commitment to personalized care. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Central Arkansas, Kinsey graduated in 2018 and has since then acquired AMET certification, specializing in injectables from top brands like Evolus, Galderma, Revance, and Allergan.
Her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices is evident through her regular participation in continuing education trainings.
Kinsey's collaboration with our board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Heath Stacey, ensures a seamless and comprehensive approach to your care. From initial consultations to post-operative support, Kinsey's focus on patient well-being shines through.

Katie Hairston
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Katie is drawn to the medical side of the aesthetics industry and is skilled in performing results-oriented skin treatments such as: chemical peels, dermaplaning and microneedling as well as being a ZO skincare expert and SkinMedica educated to help assist you in choosing the products that will best treat your skin after you leave the office.
Daily you will find her administering DiamondGlow or Hydrafacial treatments in the clinic based on specific skin characteristics and needs.
Katie has over 9 years experience as an aesthetician which makes her the obvious choice to visit for your skincare concerns. She is also passionate about educating and empowering her patients on the best ways to take care of their skin.
Lupe Conduff
Skin Care & Body Contouring Specialist
Lupe graduated from St. Francis Career College in 2007 where she obtained her Vocational Nurse License and is currently working on finishing her registered nurse degree.
Lupe has completed: ZO Skin Health Specialist and Expert Certification, Nordlys Laser Training and attended CoolSculpting University and is a CoolSculpting Elite provider.
Lupe is bilingual in Spanish, medical terminology and native speaker to help all patients feel comfortable.
