Meet Dr. Stacey.

D. Heath Stacey, MD 

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Stacey, a board certified plastic surgeon, completed his medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000, and went on to complete one of the premier Plastic Surgery training programs in the country at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he served as chief resident. A native of the region, Dr. Stacey then decided to return home to Northwest Arkansas, where he founded Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery, a full-service plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic.


Dr. Stacey approaches each patient with individualized care and customizes each surgery according to the patient's surgical goals.


Dr. Stacey lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Adriana, and their four children, Annalise, Whitman, Mary Virginia and Jack.

Annie Worley 
Registered Nurse

Annie is one of our registered nurses. She graduated from Baptist School of Nursing in 1997. As a registered nurse, she has more than 13 years experience with injectables, in which time she has developed a passion for working with people to create the natural, youthful appearance so many of us desire.


Annie has attended numerous advanced injection technique classes in order to provide the most individualized care to all of her patients. In the fall of 2015 Annie completed a Dr. de Maio Master Course Hands-On injection training. Annie and Becky were two of the first nurses in the state of Arkansas to become Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). She is a member of American Society for Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN).


Annie lives in Fayetteville with her husband, John. Together with their two sons, they enjoy camping, cycling and traveling in their spare time.

Becky McCullough
Registered Nurse

Becky is one of our registered nurses. She is a graduate from Har-Ber School of Nursing in 2001. Becky has worked in the field of aesthetic surgery for 13 years and has experience with cosmetic injectables for over 13 years.

​She completed a Dr. de Maio Master Course Hands-On injection training in the fall of 2015. She is a member of American Society for Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN). Becky and Annie were two of the first nurses in the state of Arkansas to become Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS).

Becky is a native of Dardanelle but has been in Northwest Arkansas since 1997. She lives in Farmington with her husband, Kevin, and their children.


Katie Hairston
Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Katie has held a life long love for aesthetics and skincare, so she
decided to make a career of it! She obtained her license in Aesthetics
and happily joined our team. Her down to earth personality and genuine
love for helping people meet their skin care goals make her a
wonderful fit. Katie is skilled in performing results-oriented skin
treatments such as: chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning,
and microneedling. She is passionate about educating and empowering
her patients on the best ways to take care of their skin by using
medical grade skincare. 


Katie is originally from Mountain Home, AR. She has lived in Fayetteville for several years and attended the University of Arkansas. Katie also enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and two children, Bennett and Ella.

Allison Griffin
Marketing Director

Allison joined our team as marketing director in June 2018. She hails from El Dorado and attended Arkansas State University, graduating with a degree in journalism/public relations in 2001. She moved out to the Pacific Northwest (Portland) where she spent five years honing her skills at the Oregon Symphony in marketing and development, writing for a small local newspaper, and also discovering her love for paddling, hiking and camping. She headed back down south to Fayetteville in 2008, where she continued her education in graphic design and marketing experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sector. She also is a former freelance writer and photographer for CitiScapes Magazine.


These days you'll likely find her snapping photos, making landscaping plans but not finishing them, reading, petting her cat, planning trips somewhere, fixing up her first home, going to see music when energy allows, reading cooking magazines, making herself exercise, making dinner for friends, and bopping around outside in the Ozarks somewhere with her hiking group.

Erika Lobaugh
Front Office Coordinator

Erika joins our team with 12 years of experience in customer relations. She loves engaging with our patients and genuinely wants them to have the best experience possible. She received her marketing degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, her hometown. Erika moved to Fayetteville in February 2016 and absolutely adores Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys fashion, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kurt, and Baby Blaze.

Abbie Forester
Insurance Specialist

Abbie joins our team as our new insurance specialist and front desk help. She is originally from Springfield, Missouri and moved to Fayetteville in August of 2010 where she earned her degree in Public Relations. Since graduating she has spent a few years raising her two young kids, Ella Grace and Gabriel. With a caring and genuine concern for others, she is dedicated to ensuring that each of our patients has the best experience possible and is motivated to continue being the best at her position. In her free time, Abbie enjoys spending time with her husband, being involved in her kids' activities, college football, and traveling.

Lupe Lopez
Medical Assistant

Originally from Torrance, California, Lupe moved to Fayetteville in 2009. She graduated from St. Francis Career College in 2007 where she obtained her Vocational Nurse License. She then worked at a workers compensation clinic and translated for over 200 employees but then became a stay at home mom. A year later after relocating to Fayetteville, she began work at St. Joseph Catholic Church/School and then decided return to school in 2014 and is currently working strong on finishing her registered nurse degree. Lupe's hobbies are balloon making, camping, hiking, cycling, running and dancing. She also enjoys spending time with her kids in sports and helping lead as a scout master for a new girls troop through Scouts BSA.
