Meet Dr. Stacey.
D. Heath Stacey, MD
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Stacey, a board certified plastic surgeon, completed his medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000, and went on to complete one of the premier Plastic Surgery training programs in the country at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he served as chief resident. A native of the region, Dr. Stacey then decided to return home to Northwest Arkansas, where he founded Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery, a full-service plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic.
Dr. Stacey approaches each patient with individualized care and customizes each surgery according to the patient's surgical goals.
Dr. Stacey lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Adriana, and their four children, Annalise, Whitman, Mary Virginia and Jack.

Annie is one of our registered nurses. She graduated from Baptist School of Nursing in 1997. As a registered nurse, she has more than 13 years experience with injectables, in which time she has developed a passion for working with people to create the natural, youthful appearance so many of us desire.
Annie has attended numerous advanced injection technique classes in order to provide the most individualized care to all of her patients. In the fall of 2015 Annie completed a Dr. de Maio Master Course Hands-On injection training. Annie and Becky were two of the first nurses in the state of Arkansas to become Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). She is a member of American Society for Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN).
Annie lives in Fayetteville with her husband, John. Together with their two sons, they enjoy camping, cycling and traveling in their spare time.
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Katie has held a life long love for aesthetics and skincare, so she
decided to make a career of it! She obtained her license in Aesthetics
and happily joined our team. Her down to earth personality and genuine
love for helping people meet their skin care goals make her a
wonderful fit. Katie is skilled in performing results-oriented skin
treatments such as: chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning,
and microneedling. She is passionate about educating and empowering
her patients on the best ways to take care of their skin by using
medical grade skincare.
Katie is originally from Mountain Home, AR. She has lived in Fayetteville for several years and attended the University of Arkansas. Katie also enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and two children, Bennett and Ella.
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Christina has a passion for transforming problem skin into healthy and vibrant skin!
Christina graduated from Hendrix College in 2002 and was on her way to law school when she began experiencing significant pigmentation issues with her own skin in her 20s. It was through this journey that she realized she was passionate about helping other people who struggle with skin care issues and creating individualized solutions for her patients.
With 18 years of skin care experience and a masters in aesthetics degree, Christina is skilled in a broad range of treatments such as: chemical peels, microneedling, DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, dermaplaning and more.
Originally from Little Rock, Christina now lives in Centerton with her husband, Scott, her two kids Paisley (12) and Paul (11) and her three furbabies (dogs), Austin, Charles Spurgen and Sunday Sunshine. She enjoys art and fly fishing with her family in her spare time.
Skin Care & Body Contouring Specialist
Originally from Torrance, California, Lupe moved to Fayetteville in 2009. She graduated from St. Francis Career College in 2007 where she obtained her Vocational Nurse License. Family grew, then she became a stay at home mom. One year later after moving to NWA she began working at St Joseph Catholic Church/School. Several years later, she decided to return to school and is currently working on finishing her registered nurse degree.
Lupe has recently completed: ZO Skin Health Specialist and Expert Certification, Coolsculpting Certification and Nordlys Laser Training. She enjoys caring for patients, helping them feel youthful and educating them on the best way to use their skincare products. Her hobbies are camping, hiking, cycling, running, dancing, ubering her kids to sports activities and last but not least, Scoutmaster for girls Troop 357 through Scout BSA.
Shannon is from Lavaca (Arkansas) and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching school for a few years, she gradually began shifting to a background in human resources, fundraising and sales—experience that makes her the perfect fit for office manager at NWACPS!
In her spare time, you'll find her outside with friends, traveling to Florida any chance she gets, and shuttling her daughter to cheer practice and games.
Since joining NWACPS, she has loved getting to know our patients, staff and the vast array of products and services we offer. And making sure everyone who walks through our door has the best experience possible!
Allison joined our team as marketing director in June 2018. She hails from El Dorado and attended Arkansas State University, graduating with a degree in journalism/public relations in 2001. She moved out to the Pacific Northwest (Portland) where she spent five years honing her skills at the Oregon Symphony in marketing and development, writing for a small local newspaper, and also discovering her love for paddling, hiking and camping. She headed back down south to Fayetteville in 2008, where she continued her education in graphic design and marketing experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sector. She also is a former freelance writer and photographer for CitiScapes Magazine.
These days you'll likely find her snapping photos, making landscaping plans but not finishing them, reading, petting her cat, planning trips somewhere, fixing up her first home, going to see music when energy allows, reading cooking magazines, making herself exercise, making dinner for friends, and bopping around outside in the Ozarks somewhere with her hiking group.
Front Office Coordinator
Erika joins our team with 12 years of experience in customer relations. She loves engaging with our patients and genuinely wants them to have the best experience possible. She received her marketing degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, her hometown. Erika moved to Fayetteville in February 2016 and absolutely adores Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys fashion, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kurt, and Baby Blaze.
Abbie joins our team as our new insurance specialist and front desk help. She is originally from Springfield, Missouri and moved to Fayetteville in August of 2010 where she earned her degree in Public Relations. Since graduating she has spent a few years raising her two young kids, Ella Grace and Gabriel. With a caring and genuine concern for others, she is dedicated to ensuring that each of our patients has the best experience possible and is motivated to continue being the best at her position. In her free time, Abbie enjoys spending time with her husband, being involved in her kids' activities, college football, and traveling.
